About Us

Churchill East Home Owners Association is a community nestled in the northeast corner of Sauk Rapids, Minnesota. The association consists of 75 single family homes in close proximity to the Sauk Rapids-Rice High School, multiple churches, Highways 10 and 15. At the heart of the association’s community is a three-acre city park, Church Hill East Park. A unique partnership exists between the City of Sauk Rapids and Church Hill East Home Owners Association. The park is owned by the city of Sauk Rapids and maintained by the HOA. Church Hill East Park contains a quarter mile paved walking path, playground equipment, benches, picknick tables and a basketball half court. The park is also the central gathering space for association sponsored events such as National Night Out and the summer kickoff event. Every year the association organizes and advertises a community wide yard sale that takes place in June. Annual dues are gathered for mantling the park (mowing an fertilizing), walking path, mailboxes, and association events.
