Church Hill East homeowners association meets every month. On the third Tuesday of every month, we meet at Old Capital Tavern, 2 North Benton Drive, Sauk Rapids, MN 56379. During the meetings, we discuss budget, complaints, compliance, events, architectural requests, and park maintenance. During these meetings every spring we elect board officers; board officers must live in the association in order to serve. Come have a beer with us and see what it is all about!
